NOTES: Believe it
or not, we now are in New Zealand! Most of the flight from
Norfolk Island was uneventful, however weather evolution apperars
unusual (to say the least) in this country. Reluctantely we had
to decend in IMC to follow the coastline, where gorgeous
sceneries were eventually brought to the sight. Most of this land
is probably as Italy must have looked thousands of years ago. New
Zealand is certainly worthwhile not only for a vacation, but even
such a long ferry flight......
Landed at Auckland international #2 after a "747" with
a 40 kt headwind. We are now only 260 NM from Welligton, our
final destination.
